چکیده
This study investigated the effects of supplementing Achyranthes Japonica Nakai (AJN) root extract to diet broiler chicks on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, caecum microbiota, excreta gas emission, and relative weight organs. A total 270 one-day-old Ross 308 (42.11 ± 0.18 g) were randomly allotted into three dietary treatments according initial body weight. Each treatment had five replicate cages with 18 birds per cage. The experimental period was 35 d (starter, days 1–7; grower, 8–21; finisher, 22–35). Dietary a corn–soybean meal-based basal supplemented 0.000%, 0.015%, or 0.030% AJN extract. apparent tract digestibility nitrogen (P = 0.025) increased linearly increase dosage extract, while counts Escherichia coli in 0.038) ammonia emission 0.003) decreased linearly. However, performance > 0.05) organs did not differ among groups. In conclusion, could reduce noxious by reducing harmful microbiota dose-dependent manner.

Effect of enzyme supplementation and acidification of diets on nutrient digestibility and growth performance of broiler chicks.
Two experiments were conducted to examine the effects of alpha-galactosidase supplementation and acidification of diets on nutrient digestibility and growth performance of broiler chicks. In experiment 1, dietary treatments consisted of feeding a low-energy basal diet (2.74 Mcal of ME/kg) alone, the basal diet supplemented with 1,724 units of alpha-galactosidase per kg, the basal diet supplemen...

This 6-wk study was conducted to determine the effects of probiotic (Enterococcus faecium DSM 7134) supplementation of different energy and nutrient density diets on performance, egg quality, excreta microflora, excreta noxious gas emission, and serum cholesterol concentrations in laying hens. A total of 432 Hy-Line brown layers (40 wk old) were allotted into 4 dietary treatments with 2 levels ...
متن کاملInfluence of limestone and phytase on broiler performance, gastrointestinal pH, and apparent ileal nutrient digestibility.
An experiment was conducted to determine the influence of 2 levels of dietary Ca from limestone and 3 levels of phytase on broiler performance, bone ash, gastrointestinal pH, and apparent ileal digestibility (AID) of Ca, P, and amino acids. Cobb 500 broilers (n = 576) were allowed access to one of 6 corn-soy diets from 0 to 16 d. Experimental diets contained 1.03% or 0.64% Ca from limestone and...

ABSTRACT- This study was designed to investigate the effects of adding different levels of date presscakes (DP), with and without enzyme supplementation (ES), on the ileal digestibility and growth performance of broiler. A completely randomized design containing 2 × 5 factorial arrangement of treatments (with and without enzyme supplementation and 5 levels of DP) was used. The enzyme complex co...
متن کاملMoisture content in broiler excreta is influenced by excreta nutrient contents.
High litter moisture content, often referred to as wet litter, is a major problem in poultry production. Wet litter is often related to poor management, diseases, and digestive problems. In this experiment, the objective was to study the relationship between nutrient content and the moisture content of the excreta of broilers. A dataset containing 351 observations was built and contained the nu...
